TIM GROOS
Senior Pastor
Pastor Tim was born in New York, grew up in Colorado, and graduated high school in Virginia in 2008. He surrendered his life to Christ in 2009. In the following years, he obeyed the calling into full-time ministry. After earning his associates degree at the local community college, he pursued both ministry and Biblical training in the Northeast.
In 2013, Tim met his wife, Emily. They were married one year later in 2014. They met serving the Lord and they live serving the Lord together. They have two wonderful children, Annamarie and Liam.
Tim has a 1-year Bible Certificate from Word of Life Bible Institute and a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Northeastern Baptist College. Tim served as an Associate Pastor and Christian School Leader for 7 years in New England before coming to Crossroads in 2022.
SCOTT EVANS
Discipleship Pastor & Elder
Scott was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He began attending the First Primitive Methodist Church of Carnegie, where he would give his life to Christ in 1989 at the age of 11. He moved to Wintersville and began attending Crossroads in June 2014. Scott and his wife Rachel live in Wintersville. They have a
daughter Megan and a son Chandler.
Scott has a passion for helping people live the powerful, free, and full lives that Jesus secured for them with his life, death, and resurrection. In Scott’s time at Crossroads, God has allowed him to serve His people in various ministries and capacities including youth, men’s, prayer, and Upward ministries. Scott is currently pursuing his master’s in ministry degree from Carolina University, Piedmont Divinity School.
He believes this will allow him to serve and teach God’s people entrusted to him in his area of influence more effectively.

CURT ARTMAN
Elder
Curt was saved and Baptized at the age of 9 and ever since has been active in church.
In June ’06, Curt came to call Crossroads his church home, and has since served his
God and His people. With a degree in Manufacturing Technology from Bowling Green
State University, he's one of our "go-to" guys for all things manufacturing. Curt has been involved in Children’s Ministry, Men’s Ministry and Upward concessions.
Curt married his wife, Julie, in August 1992. They have a daughter, Andrea, and their
late son, Michael, who went to be with the Lord at the age of 13.

TERRY BLAKE
Elder
Terry was saved in April of 1973 at the age of 17. He married the love of his life, Ruth,
in 1976 and they are the proud parents of two children, Nathan and Rachel. Terry and
Ruth are blessed to have nine grandchildren.
In 1997, Terry graduate from Shiloh Bible Institute. He has been involved in short-term mission trips since 1986, and founded Shepherd’s Gate Ministry in 1995. Terry has a passion in encouraging believers everywhere that they have a destiny to fulfill in Christ and that God has placed gifts and abilities in each one to fulfill this.

CHAD ADAMS
Elder
Chad gave his life to Jesus in 1991. Chad and his wife, Amy have been married since 2001 and have attended Crossroads since 2006. They have three children: Elliana, Alyxandra, and Charlie. Chad's favorite Bible verse is Galatians 6:10. "Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers."

MIKE SCHOLL
Elder
A 1999 graduate of Edison, Mike lived in the Akron/Canton area for several years for school and work, but always wanted to return to this area. He and his wife Tera have two children: Seneca and Brycen. Mike was saved at the age of 32 and hasn't looked back. He and his family came to Crossroads early in 2017 while "shopping" for a new church. Mike was baptized by Pastor Jeff that same year and really developed a hunger for God's Word. Mike serves in various areas within the church as well as several community organizations. He is employed by the Shell Oil company and is currently a Supervisor at the Congo Lubricants plant in Newell, WV.

JEFF GRECO
School of Ministry Director
Pastor Jeff grew up in upstate New York. He moved to Wichita, KS in 1988 to attend the Wichita State University, where he met his wife, Melissa. They have been together ever since, and they have four wonderful children, Austin, Alicia, Abby, and Adrian.
In 1994, Jeff gave his life to Jesus at Glenn Park Christian Church in Wichita, KS. The Holy Spirit quickly moved him to serve, and Jeff began working in Children’s Ministry and serving in various areas.
Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from Tabor College and a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Friends University. In 2004 God called Jeff to Crossroads and has been here ever since. In 2021 Jeff graduated with his PhD in Leadership Studies by publishing his dissertation on church revitalization.


ROY ARBOGAST
Director of Youth Ministry
In October of 2017, Roy was hired as full-time youth director. His vision for the youth is
to send an army of teens into the community to change hearts and minds with the
gospel of Christ. Their motto is now, “Don’t amuse me but use me.”
Since 1989, Roy has been teaching, first in community organizations, and then in
Sunday school for all ages including adult home groups and eventually as a youth
director from 1995 to 2000.
Roy and his wife, Angela, have 6 kids of their own and a grandson. They have
attended Crossroads since June 2014. Roy accepted Christ at a young age and grew
up serving his church and community. He studied business management in college until
1994 and became a business owner from 1996 to 2017.
KRISTINA GABEL
Director of Children's Ministry
Kristina is originally from the Philadelphia area where she grew up in church. She accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized at the age of 12. She is a graduate of Liberty University with a degree in women’s ministry, and was previously a Youth Director.
She moved here in the winter of 2020 and she currently teaches and is working passionately to share about Special Connections and to share the Gospel with all.



CHARLES LINGERFELT
Director of Worship Ministries
Charles joined the Crossroads staff in 2019. He grew up in Siloam Springs, Arkansas,
and accepted Christ at a young age. He recognized the call to ministry in 2005 and has
been serving the Lord faithfully ever since. He earnestly desires to reach the lost, heal
the broken, and teach others to do the same.
Charles met his wife, Amy, while attending John Brown University. Together, the Lord
has blessed them with sons, Noah and Samuel.
Charles has a Bachelor of Sciences in General Music with a minor in Worship Arts from
John Brown University, and a Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership from Central
Christian College of the Bible.
Bryan Carter
Director of Technology
Bryan accepted Christ as a child at his home church in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and has served God since. He started serving in tech in Children’s Church at the age of 12. After high school he went to Mission, Texas to go to a discipleship program called Master’s Commission.
After Master’s, he joined the staff of Heartland Community Church in Oklahoma City as the Audio Engineer. After his dad passed away in January 2011, he moved back to Arkansas to help his mom and shortly thereafter met his wife, Brianna. Bryan and Brianna were married on November 9th, 2013. They now have four beautiful children Aderes, Benaiah, Mahaliah, and Azariah. Bryan is loving being here at Crossroads serving the media team.
RACHEL MENEELY
Director of Women's Ministries
Rachel and her husband, Gary, along with their three children have attended Crossroads a total of six years. They have always felt the call to serve the church well even though certain seasons of life have not allowed that.
She has felt called to Women’s Ministry since 2015 and is excited to serve the church in this capacity. Loving women in the season they are in and serving them has been a long-time mission of hers.
When not serving as a wife and mom to her family, you can find her working as a pre-school aide at JCCS.

HEATHER KACHUR
Nursery Coordinator
Heather was born and raised in Jefferson Country, graduated from Edison in 2013 and currently lives in Wintersville. In 2015 she met he husband Michael, while working at Rue 21 Distribution Center. 2 years later they had their daughter Aria. They also have two older daughters from Michael's previous marriages, Emily and Mikayla.
Heather was baptized on May 21, 2019 then her and Michael married 2 days later. While looking for a new church in 2020 they found Crossroads and instantly felt at home. Heather has a deep love for animals along with a passion for helping Jesus' littlest disciples get to know him.

SHAWN PRICE
Director of Upward Sports
Shawn has been involved in Upward Sports for 15 years, starting as a coach, then
moving to a commissioner, and has been the director for the past six years. Shawn
hopes that Upward plants seeds in area children which will one day draw them to Jesus.
Shawn grew up in the church and was baptized in May of 1985 at The Ohio Valley
Christian Center in Steubenville, Ohio.
Shawn has been married to Jaime for 21 years and has two children: Owen and
Samantha.

JULIE ARTMAN
Treasurer
Julie joined the Crossroads team in 2007. She was saved at the age of 12 and was
baptized at Crossroads in July of 2006.
Julie has an Associate's degree in Medical Technology from Jefferson Technical College
and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Wheeling Jesuit
College.
She is married to Elder Curt Artman, and enjoys canning fresh fruits and vegetables
from her garden.

KAYLEE ARBOGAST
Office Assistant
Kaylee has attended Crossroads since she was 10 years old. She got baptized by Pastor Jeff October 6, 2013 when she was 11 years old. Kaylee has been a part of the church staff since August of 2022.
She graduated high school in 2020 and is currently attending Crown College online to pursue a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a Christian focus.
Kaylee just recently got married to Trevor Arbogast October 14, 2023.
