MEET OUR LEADERS
Senior Pastor and Elder
Pastor Jeff gave his life to Jesus and was baptized in 1994 at Glenn Park Christian Church in Wichita, Kansas. He became involved in ministry there almost immediately serving in children’s ministry, visiting shut ins and witnessing whenever and where ever God would allow Him to. He returned to school in 1999 and was ordained in 2001 at Glenn Park. From 2001 until 2004 Jeff was the Senior Pastor of Faith Christian Church in Wichita Kansas.
Pastor Jeff came to Crossroads in 2004 from Wichita Kansas. He and his wife Melissa have four children; Austin, Alicia, Abby and Adrian. Jeff enjoys family activities and is an active runner and cyclist. Without a doubt his passion is helping new Christians learn the Word of God and grow in their faith.
Jeff has a bachelors degree in Christian Ministry from Tabor College, a small, private Mennonite school in Kansas. His Masters in Christian Ministry is from Friends University in Wichita Kansas.
Associate Pastor & Elder
Mark was saved and baptized at the age of 13. Mark holds a Masters Degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty University.
He owns Prichard Consulting and resides in Wintersville with his wife, Shari, the Women’s Ministry Leader at Crossroads. Their son, Wesley and his wife Megan have two children; Aurora and Katherine. Their daughter Nicole is married to Robert Smith.
In 2004, Shari joined the staff at Crossroads as Worship Leader and quickly began teaching Women’s Bible Studies and leading Worship. Today she serves as Director of Women’s & Community Ministries. This includes Women’s Ministries, events, the First Impression Team, discipleship and much more.
Shari is also the President of Women In The Word Ministries, a non-profit focused on teaching women the Word of God. She does this via a television ministry and she published a book, God’s Expectations for His Daughters. The book is a blunt, real conversation which breaks down Biblical values into how-tos for everyday life. It’s real and it’s honest, just like Shari.
She has been married to Mark Prichard since 1988. They have two adult children, and two grandchildren.
Director of Technology
Ryan is basically a “Jack-of-All-Trades”, which is one of the reasons why we asked him to be our Director of Technology. When he came on board, we knew his heart was for the Lord, and his work ethic was top notch as well. There was a lot of areas in our church that just needed that special touch of ingenuity and awesomeness, and Ryan fit that bill just right.
Ryan has an Accelerated Associates Degree in Multimedia. Before joining the Crossroads team, he worked at WTOV9 for 8 years as Creative Videographer and Creative Editor. This helps a lot, since he’s largely responsible for creating all of the videos and graphics for Sunday, as well as everything you see online and our social networks. His experience with the television industry also prepared him with all the lighting improvements that goes on in the sanctuary. Ryan is also the head of our Sound Dept. and works closely with our Worship Team to make worship sound as good as possible. Ryan is also quite versed in all things computers. If there’s a computer that needs fixed, or a network that needs secured, he’s our guy.
Ryan is married to his wife, Brianne. Brianne and Ryan had their first child, Gwendolyn Virginia Orr, in August of 2016. His interests are cinematography, woodworking, cooking and wearing viking hats (don’t ask us why…). Ryan was saved in the summer of 1994, and was baptized by Pastor Jeff in 2010.

He first realized and accepted the call to ministry in 2005 while studying mechanical engineering at the University of Arkansas, at which point he began studying music. He has taught science for over 25 years in both public and Christian schools, and is an ordained Baptist minister.
He is married to Jeanette and has two children.
Quite possibly one of the first things you will experience when you walk through the doors of Crossroads is a big, wonderful hug from Brother Curt! Getting one of these hugs and a big smile from Curt has become a staple in every Sunday service, so expect to be blessed with a smile and a hug when you come to Crossroads!
Curt was saved and Baptized at the age of 9 and ever since has been active in church. In June ’06, Curt came to call Crossroads his church home, and has since served his God and His people. With a degree in Manufacturing Technology from Bowling Green State Univ, he’s one of our ‘go-to” guys in all things manufacturing. When we have construction projects going on, he’s already there ready to lend a hand. Curt has been involved in building projects, and Children’s Sunday School, and now serves in Men’s Ministry and Upward Concession. What a great guy!
